  • Windows, from 3.11 to 10.
  • MacOS dating back to Mac Classic.
  • Various flavors of Linux.
  • Has used SCO Unix and Xenix.
  • Could probably pick up how to run an AS/400 again.
  • Customer service and education ranging from patient handholding through finding the Start Menu, to helping an expert user plan out a project.
  • Network design planning.
  • Network implementation planning.
  • Network administration.
  • A+ Certified.
  • Prior certifications: CCNA, HP Authorized Repair Technician.
  • Jamf certifications: CJA, CMA, CCA.
  • Has worked for the University of Wisconsin system as well as Penn State.
  • Familiarity repairing Apple products, though not current on that certification.
  • Familiarity with designing, setting up, administrating, updating, and maintaining Jamf servers on all three platforms.
  • iOS and Android experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting via phone, chat, e-mail, or desk side.
  • Ability to keep eye rolls out of the eyes and voice.
  • Does not growl or shed.
  • Virus and Malware removal.
  • Client education to lower the chances of that happening again.
  • Computer set up and tear down.
  • Custom builds or upgrading existing builds.
  • Could probably still crawl through a ceiling to run network cabling.
  • Stays calm in the face of someone else being the opposite.
  • Been doing this professionally since 1997 and as a hobby since the early 90s when I was, in fact, in middle school.
  • Will not toe the line if the request is unethical or not what a customer needs.
